CHILD SAFETY
1. Teach your child his or her name, address , and phone number . Take annual pictures of your children . However , when a stranger knows your child's name your child is much more likely to trust them.
2 . Don't make it easy for a stranger by plastering your children's names and information on the outside of their clothing , books or backpacks.
3 . Encourage children to buddy-up and never play in dangerous areas such as dark places , abandoned buildings , construction areas or other places where they cannot be heard if they need help.
4 . Teach your children to STAY AWAY from strangers who might be asking for help . If a stranger ask for help for any reason get away as fast as possible . Stay away from a stranger's car and NEVER take food , candy or toys from a stranger and avoid petting a stranger's pet even if invited to . Teach them to Never help them look for a lost pet if they request their aid.
